Whether you are new to exercise or have exercised for years our approach to Personal Training is about motivation, variety and most of all fun! We are all different shapes and sizes and we all have individual personalities so it makes sense to put together an individual exercise programme for you.

We offer a free, no obligation, consultation to get a good understanding of your lifestyle, likes, dislikes and what you want to achieve. We then put together a tailored programme to suit you as an individual.
